Many studies have reported this undeniable fact, by that meaning Marijuanna does actually cure many cancers and has properties that inhibit growth of the Tumours. This has been known for decades but I do not see anyone being prescribed any of it in U.K hospitals. Though, nodoubt it does happen in some areas. I suspect that using marijuanna for cancer patients might be more successful for the patients but not so profitable for the big pharmacies generally known as 'big pharma'.
Big pharma makes around 80% of there profit from cancer treatments & cancer screening.
The evidence is there i.e. cannabis sometimes can work instead of chemo-therapy. However every patient given chemo-therapy should be offered cannabis in its natural form to alleviate nausea, and other side-effects give appetite to the patient and a good nights sleep. this is most important for recovery.
