CANNABIS CULTURE - Marc Emery is known around the world as the "Prince of Pot". He has been ordered extradited to the USA for his political activism and philanthropy. FREE MARC EMERY!
FREE MARC EMERY FREE MARC EMERY The extradition order to send marijuana activist Marc Emery to the United States for an expected five-year prison term for selling marijuana seeds over the Internet has been signed by the Canadian Minister of Justice, Rob Nicholson.
The Justice Minister made his decision shortly after Emery turned himself in to Canadian authorities when his bail expired on May 10th, 2010. Click here for the news coverage about the Justice Minister's extradition order on May 10th.
Marc was formally extradited to the USA on Thursday, May 20th, 2010. He appeared in Seattle Federal Court on Monday, May 24th to enter his guilty plea. Sentencing will take place on September 10th, 2010 in Federal Court at 700 Stewart Street in Seattle, Washington. We hope the judge will sentence Marc to the 5-year sentence suggested in the plea deal, or Marc will be forced to go to trial and end up with 30 years to life.
FREE MARC shirts, buttons and posters are available in the FREE MARC section of the Cannabis Culture online store or in Marc Emery's Cannabis Culture Headquarters store at 307 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, BC.
